    In a dental membership plan, patients pay an annual fee directly to the dentist and receive a set of basic services (for example: two cleanings, two exams, one set of x-rays, and a discount off additional treatment).
    For this Plan, you determine how much of the monthly fees you will subsidize for each employee.
    Your employees who wish to sign up will enroll in this Plan. You only pay the subsidy for those employees who enroll - no wasted insurance premiums.
    Your employees can begin to receive services and discounts immediately - no waiting period.
