CFI Celebrates 25 Years of Service with the Opening of a New Location in Delaware
Creative Financial Insurance is a full-service insurance agency that was founded on July 6, 1990 by Robert Whitmore. In 2002, Jim Roesch joined Mr. Whitmore and the two developed a strong business relationship. Mr. Roesch opted to purchase CFI in 2011, and has since taken over full operation of the company as Mr. Whitmore prepares to retire.
CFI is a unique agency offering custom, personalized service for each of their clients. They serve a variety of needs, from individual health, life, dental, vision, disability and long term care options, to a full scope of group options for small to large employers, including group health, dental and vision, and other supplemental products. Jim says he especially enjoys getting to know local business owners and learning their stories.
The company’s dedication to service reaches beyond their clients, as they make it a practice to employ people with integrity and a desire to serve the community. CFI’s employees participate in many local charitable events throughout the year and are active participants in their schools and churches.
When asked what makes CFI special, Jim says “Personalized service and educational consulting is still vital to our clients. The availability of a self-service portal doesn't negate the value of a handshake and an informative conversation.
