Another way to attract and retain quality employees is to offer a self-funded medical plan designed specifically for small employers. As local small businesses continue to search for cost-saving health coverage options, the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) has taken action to help. SOCA has created a new health program that can lead to more rate stability and is a smart solution that offers potential savings for Chamber Members with less than 50 employees. SOCA has teamed up with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to administer this plan.
