Water Permitting Updates & Energy Infrastructure Considerations
DESCRIPTION:
Christy an environmental attorney at Bricker & Eckler, will discuss current environmental topics impacting manufacturers with a focus on water regulation, including: the status of the US Army Corps of Engineers' Nationwide & Dylan focuses his practice on energy infrastructure development, regulatory proceedings, and energy policy. Dylan will discuss onsite distributed generation for end-users, including Power Purchase Agreement considerations.
