PRESENTER:
Deb Stark recently retired as Dean of Technical and Professional Programs at Marion Technical College, where she was employed for 20 years. Beginning with her undergraduate studies in medical communications at The Ohio State University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Rider University, Deb continues to pursue her passion in teaching communications. As an 18-year member of Toastmasters International she recently achieved the award of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). She volunteers inside the local prisons where she facilitates and coaches clubs and individuals in speaking, building self-confidence and leadership. She also facilitates the Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program inside high schools focusing on freshmen and sophomores. She is currently President of the local Marion Toastmasters Club.
