Workplace Policies that Promote Employee Health
DESCRIPTION:
Worksite wellness programs can simultaneously improve the health of
employees while improving the health of the community. With a vast
majority of Americans spending most of their day away from home, it is
essential that employers have an environment that supports employee
health. Workplace wellness can include programs, policies, benefits,
environmental supports, and community links that promote the health
and safety of all employees.
