Marion Area Chamber Co-Sponsoring

The Marion Area Chamber of Commerce wants your membership to work for you and that's why we have partnered once again with Brad Schneider, The Growth Coach of Central Ohio, to provide a NEW supervisor training opportunity. This series meets once per month for 6 months and takes supervisor training to the next level. Each registrant is required to provide their sponsors name and contact information as we encourage them to stay engaged through the course of this training to help participants find ways to implement what the learn that might work for their situation. Supervisor 6 Training is encouraged prior to Supervisor 2.0 but is not required.
Does your business rely on supervisors who were good performers who were promoted into leadership role? Have these individual contributors been trained and coached to be effective supervisors? Could your technicians help you grow your business if they had the skills to be better leaders?

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:	Brad Schneider, The Growth Coach of Central Ohio With 20 years of organization development experience, Brad Schneider has coached and developed leaders in businesses in the manufacturing, professional services, financial, IT, and retail industries. The Growth Coach provides him the opportunity to apply his vast coaching and organization development experience to help small and mid-size organizations to exceed their personal and organizational goals. He has earned the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Practitioner in business strategy implementation, business process design and implementation, and leadership coaching/development.

COST For Entire Course	Chamber Members: If you have completed the Supervisor 6 Training already, the cost is $500 If you have not completed the Supervisor 6 Training already, the cost is $550 Non-Chamber Members: $600
