Lonnie, a retired US Marine with 20 years of service, has extensive experience training and advising military leaders, as well as foreign military leaders and business leaders.
Lonnie has played a key role in driving the growth of private businesses by improving hiring and retention practices, cultivating winning cultures, developing effective leaders, and increasing revenue.
Lonnie authored the book "Leadership Tightrope," which explores the stories of failed leadership and the delicate balancing act required for leaders to achieve success while avoiding failure.
