Acacia Leasure
For as long as she can remember, Acacia has always wanted to own her own business someday. She used to watch her Aunt working in her beauty shop as a kid and realized she wanted to own her own shop someday as well.

Acacia followed her dreams and obtained her own cosmetology license but was not quite passionate about working in a beauty shop as her real passion was working in a barber shop. So she obtained her Barber License and spent several years working at Gebhart's Family Grooming Center in Ashland, but always knew she wanted to open her own barber shop. That experience and passion eventually turned into a desire to be her own boss and own her own barber shop one day. That one day was during the fall of 2019, when Acacia opened, "The Grooming Lounge," in a beautifully revitalized downtown space in Ashland.

The Grooming Lounge has had a year of extraordinary growth and success, and also recently won Heritage Ohio?s Downtown Affiliate Business of the Year award. Acacia continues to grow the business with additional stylists/barbers, and services such as brows/eyelashes, facials, cosmetic services, and waxing services. The Grooming Lounge strives to be a diverse place where anyone can feel comfortable; male or female, and all different ages.

Jay Miller
Jay Miller, of DRM Productions, fascination with technology and communication began as a young boy when his grandpa was a HAM radio operator. To this day he remembers the thrill of sitting on his grandpa?s lap talking to people from around the world. This fascination drew Jay to want to be involved in helping people communicate. He has spent 20 years helping others better understand their communication goals and create a successful plan to achieve these goals. At the core of his passion for communication, is the kid in him loving that there is always something new to learn, understand and master in our technological world.
