TOPIC: How to Manage Stress in the Workplace
   
DESCRIPTION:
Cheryl is trained in Yoga Stretch, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, and Restorative Breathing. She will be using her training to discuss different ways to manage stress in the workplace.
