OhioHealth Focuses on Patient Experience, Providing Better Care
DESCRIPTION:
OhioHealth Marion and the entire OhioHealth system has implemented a new database called CareConnect. With CareConnect, all patient information is available in one system so anyone treating that patient knows his/her medical history. It also permits clinicians and physicians to retrieve instantly completed diagnostic results from any location. It unifies our focus on patients for everyone in the system, not just those who directly care for patients. This will enhance the quality of care, create more efficient processes, and improve patient experience.
