“Working Caregivers” – The Eldercare Generation
DESCRIPTION:
More than one in six Americans working full or part-time report assisting with the care of an elderly or disabled family member or friend. The cost to employers may include: loss of productivity, higher health insurance costs, workers turning down promotions or assignments, absenteeism, early retirement and workday interruptions. Bob will share what resources are available in the community to assist employees who are Working Caregivers.
