TOPIC:
Supervisor Boot Camp: Basic Training to Advance the Skills of Frontline Supervisors
DESCRIPTION:
Acloché is gauging the interest for a series of training classes that they would like to introduce to Marion area employers. The Supervisor Boot Camp classes help new or existing supervisors gain the skills and knowledge needed to be successful and more effective in their role. Session topics are Employment Law, Communication & Generational Diversity, Time & Change Management, Taking Corrective Action (Tools for Problem Solving), Coaching & Motivation Skills for Leaders, and Conflict Resolution. This series of classes has been taught in other surrounding counties and has been very well received by both the participants as well as the companies investing in the training. At the Bagels & Business meeting on May 19, Acloché will present a more in-depth look at the curriculum of each class.”

Thank you for not parking in the spaces clearly marked for Carroll's Jewelers customers only. If this lot is full, parking is available in the City Hall lot and/or in the Marion County Building lot.
