FAIR DURING THE “IT’S TIME” EVENT
An opportunity to share information about the volunteer needs of your organization with individuals interested in learning more about volunteer opportunities while also educating community members about your services.
WHO?
Service Clubs, Non-Profit, Organizations, Charitable Groups from the Marion County Area.
HOW?
To participate, organizations need to register and pay a $10 fee. Each organization will be provided an 8’ table on which to display information about the organization, volunteer application forms, and other materials to help share your story and volunteer needs. Organizations may wish to provide information about possible one-time-only volunteer needs as well as on-going needs. Set-up of displays may begin after 3:30 pm on May15th. While there is no set ending time, all organizations are strongly encouraged to plan on staffing their table until at least 8 pm. The opportunity to network and share ideas between organizations is another benefit of participating. The event will be promoted through local news and entertainment media, The Marion Area Chamber of Commerce, social media, signage, and business and industry employee communications.

The 2013/2014 Leadership Marion! class, facilitated through the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce wants to invite the Marion Area Community to experience why we should be proud of Marion.
