Natalie Longmeier, a native of Marion, Ohio, is passionate about helping people of all walks of life thrive to their fullest potential. She graduated from Marion Technical College with an associate degree in applied business management and has worked in the non-profit sector in Marion County for over 10 years serving in roles such as director, volunteer management, program facilitation, and service and resource navigation. She started here journey with Marion Matters as a success coach with the Employer Resource Network in 2019. Natalie currently serves as the Executive Director and uses her expertise in program development to expand the mission regionally. Natalie resides in Waldo, Ohio with her husband and three children, Kathryn, Jaxson, and Elijah.
